IUCN Guidelines to Reintroduction and Other Conservation Translocations
IUCN Species Survival Commission (SSC) Reintroduction Specialist Group (RSG) and Invasive Species Specialist Group (ISSG) have revised and published the IUCN ‘Guidelines for Reintroductions and Other Conservation Translocations’. The Guidelines provide useful guidance, including considerations to help anticipate and prevent disease risks from animal movement.
